Reclaimed Tobacco Barn Heart of Pine

The Pitt – Reclaimed “Skip Planed”

The Pitt strikes a balance between the Greene which is “distressed” and

The Wilson which is very “smooth”.

Our skilled technicians “skip plane” the plank flooring, meaning each plane will have alternating surface textures between smooth and distressed. This process creates a plank floor that produces scattered original “saw marks”.

You will find our Pitt line in primary and secondary residences, restaurants, ski mountain homes and private hunting lodges.

Wilson County is known for its antiques so we named this flooring after this county because the flooring has an antique plank look.

The plank floor is milled completely smooth and we take careful steps to retain its natural patina color. The planks have a consistent color variation due to their presence inside the curing tobacco barn for so many years.
