Heritage Plank Floors manufactures unique reclaimed and new growth custom plank floors focusing on residential and second homes while preserving our environment’s natural resources. Our mission is to build on our history of product excellence and highly skilled craftsmen to produce the highest-quality and most reliable custom flooring to our customers. Jim Blount – President
Jim Blount serves as President of Heritage Plank Floors. Custom wood flooring comes natural to Jim due to the fact that his relatives are in the lumber supply business and his mother is an interior designer on the North Carolina coast. Prior to his arrival at Heritage, Jim served as a partner with Glenwood Capital in Raleigh, NC where he raised investment capital for emerging small businesses. From 1995 to 1998 Jim served as Business Liaison to Treasury Secretary Robert E. Rubin at the United States Department of the Treasury where advised the Washington, DC offices of major corporations on financial matters in front of Congress. From 1993 to 1995 Jim was an Assistant to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget in Washington, DC. He serves on several local charity and civic boards and enjoys spending time with his family on the coast of North Carolina.

Drock Vincent - Vice President for Sales and Installations
Drock Vincent directs all outside sales and installations for Heritage Plank Floors. In this capacity, he is responsible for all installation, sand and finishes of Heritage Plank Floors reclaimed and new growth flooring products on the East Coast. He is an active member of the regional Green Building Council focusing on new residential construction.
Prior to becoming a Principal at Heritage Plank Floors in 2007, Drock spent 10 years in the commercial banking industry. Drock resides in Pine Knoll Shores, one of North Carolina’s barrier islands along with his wife and two girls. In his spare time Drock enjoys inshore fishing, golfing, biking and day trips on the boat with his family.

Wayne Noble – Vice President for Mill Operations
Wayne Noble directs all mill operations with respect to all reclaimed and new growth solid finished flooring products. In this capacity, he is responsible for grading all flooring products that are milled to finished products. Prior to his arrival at Heritage Plank Floors,
Wayne was Vice President for Production for Thorp Tobacco Company. In his spare time Wayne enjoys woodworking and collecting antique mantles, doors and architectural elements from historic homes.
Sherman Rhodes
Sherman Rhodes serves as Sales Associate and Flooring Designer for Heritage Plank Floors. Prior to her arrival at Heritage, she served as the financial analyst for Hanes Geo Components in Middlesex, North Carolina.
She is an active member of the Triangle Home Builders Association’s Green Council, a non-profit organization focused on promoting sustainable and green building in the residential home building industry in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area of North Carolina.
She is an avid environmental friendly flooring advocate without sacrificing quality and style. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Elon University in 2004.

Allison Sasser – Business Manager
Allison Sasser serves as the Business Manager for Heritage Plank Floors. In this capacity, she oversees all Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll. She is also responsible for all business processes and administrative duties. Prior to her arrival at Heritage, she served as the inventory and purchasing manager for Wavelength Broadband Internet in Greenville, North Carolina.
She was an active member of East Carolina University’s chapter of American Marketing Association. She enjoys spending as much time as she can with family and loves to play a pickup game of softball. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from East Carolina University in 2009.
